Bourland, Wall & Wenzel, P.C., was formed in 1983 by Michael V. Bourland, Lewis D. Wall III, and Kenneth L. Wenzel. We have seen our areas of legal practice expand from the original estate planning, tax and business planning base to include, among many other areas, business, real estate, litigation, employment, health law and charitable entity law. Today, we are truly a full-service law firm, bringing a full suite of legal experience to our clients. Correspondingly, the firm has seen its client base expand from a small number in the Fort Worth area to a large number of clients comprised of individuals, families, closely-held businesses, and nonprofit organizations, not only in the Fort Worth-Dallas Metroplex but throughout Texas and the nation.
