Allison Skees focuses her practice on estate planning, probate, estate and trust administration, and tax planning. Additionally, she has experience in contested estate and trust proceedings, fiduciary litigation, and guardianship matters.
Before joining the firm, Allison served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable David Counts and the Honorable David B. Fannin of the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas. She attended the University of Texas School of Law, where she served as Chief Articles Editor of The Review of Litigation. Prior to law school, Allison earned a B.A. in history from Kansas State University.
