Bryon R. Hammer joined the firm in 2000 and is managing shareholder. His practice is concentrated in the areas of real estate law, mergers and acquisitions, and general business transactions. Bryon assists clients on all aspects of commercial real estate acquisitions and sales, including due diligence, title and survey reviews, lease negotiation, and real estate finance and joint ventures. He also has significant experience in construction and development issues. He regularly advises clients on the structuring and implementation of all aspects of business transactions and business entity planning, including mergers and acquisitions, focusing particularly on the needs of closely-held and family businesses.
