Dipal Patel joined Bourland, Wall & Wenzel as an associate in 2025. Her practice is primarily focused on general real estate transactions. Before joining Bourland, Wall & Wenzel, Dipal graduated magna cum laude with honors from The University of Alabama at Birmingham with a B.S. in Finance in 2021. She then earned her J.D. from Baylor University School of Law with a Special Distinction in Commercial Law in 2024, focusing her studies on real estate transactions, contracts, and business-related courses. While at Baylor, she was a real estate research assistant and an active member of the Entrepreneurship Clinic, helping new businesses with entity formation.
When not working, Dipal enjoys painting, visiting the beach, and spending time with her family and friends.
