Emily Garza joined Bourland, Wall & Wenzel as an associate in 2023. Her practice is primarily focused on general civil litigation, fiduciary litigation, and disputes involving probate, trusts, and guardianships.
Prior to joining Bourland, Wall & Wenzel, P.C., she attended Texas A&M University and graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science in 2020. She then attended Texas A&M School of Law where she served as Senior Articles Editor for Texas A&M Law Review and graduated magna cum laude in 2023.
Outside of the office, Emily enjoys spending time with friends and family, cooking, watching sports, and seeing live theater.
