Eric Millner represents clients in appeals and trial court litigation in state and federal courts, as well as in alternative dispute forums such as arbitration and mediation. He works with clients on numerous types of disputes, including probate, trust, and fiduciary lawsuits; employment claims; trade secret lawsuits; covenant not to compete lawsuits; creditor rights and collection claims; real estate and construction lawsuits; commercial contract disputes; and insurance coverage disputes. Mr. Millner also represents property owners and real estate industry clients concerning construction issues, including construction contracts, mechanic’s lien claims, payment and performance bond claims, and construction disputes.
Eric and his wife have two children. When he is not practicing law, Eric likes to spend time in the outdoors hunting, fishing, camping, or gardening.
