Graigory Fancher is a proven, experienced trial lawyer. His practice involves a wide variety of subjects including commercial litigation, fiduciary litigation, oil and gas litigation, business torts, breach of contract, non-compete and non-solicitation disputes, family law disputes, and probate litigation. He has also successfully tried cases to verdict in state and federal courts in front of both judges and juries and has briefed multiple appeals.
Mr. Fancher has successfully enforced and defended numerous non-compete, non-solicitation, and misappropriation of trade secret cases in both state and federal courts. Many times, these cases are decided at the temporary injunction stage, and Mr. Fancher has proven that his knowledge, skill, and preparation in these matters has resulted in successful outcomes for his clients. Mr. Fancher has also represented homeowners against cities seeking to ban and/or restrict short-term rentals, represented multiple builders and homeowners related to construction defects, represented financial institutions in enforcing loan documents, represented individuals in divorce proceedings related to division of assets and sale of corporations, and represented numerous partners and shareholders seeking to enforce corporate documents, seek damages from breaches of fiduciary duties, or seek dissolution of the businesses. In addition to his trial experience, Mr. Fancher has worked with multiple companies in their day-to-day business as their general counsel, including the review and negotiation of contracts, revision of corporate documents, and providing assistance in employment matters.
Mr. Fancher’s accomplishments have earned him recognition in his field. Mr. Fancher was named Chair of the Business and Litigation Section of the Tarrant County Bar Association for 2020-2021, he has been recognized as a Top Attorney in Civil Law/Litigation by 360 West Magazine since 2020, he is a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and served on its Nominating Committee for 2020, and he is a member of the Eldon B. Mahon Inn of Court. Personally, Mr. Fancher is actively involved in his local community, serving as an officer and founding member of the Godley Education Foundation, a deacon at the Burleson Church of Christ, and a coach in youth baseball and basketball.

Background Information
Experience
- Lead counsel for businesses seeking to enforce non-compete and non/solicitation agreements. Received numerous temporary injunctions and permanent injunctions enforcing the company’s agreements.
- Lead counsel in case against the City of Grapevine regarding the banning of short-term rental properties. Obtained temporary injunction for homeowner clients preventing ban from being enforced against them.
- Lead counsel in arbitration proceeding defending claims brought against managing partner for fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and misappropriation of company funds. Claimants sought damages in excess of $5,000,000.00. After two-week hearing, received favorable verdict wherein client was awarded hundreds of thousands of dollars in attorney’s fees with no money owed to Claimants.
- Lead counsel for company where third-party had filed liens on property preventing sale. Successfully obtained release of liens and sale of property was completed.
- Negotiated multi-year contract on behalf of a sports organization with national media entities for the sponsorship and licensing of the client’s intellectual property.
- Trial counsel for family in dispute related to interpretation of mother’s will and a subsequent deed. Obtained a favorable verdict from judge whereby the judge agreed with the family’s interpretation and awarded property to family.
- Trial co-counsel for doctors suing former partners for the wrongful withholding of receivables. Obtained a favorable verdict from judge whereby doctors were awarded all relief requested including all attorney’s fees.
- Trial co-counsel in boundary dispute related to over one hundred acres in Bosque County, Texas. Obtained a favorable verdict from jury whereby the jury agreed with our boundary line and client was awarded attorney’s fees.
- Trial counsel for aerospace company suing individual for failure to purchase products pursuant to an agreement. Obtained a favorable verdict from jury whereby company was awarded damages sought as well as attorney’s fees.
- Successfully prosecuted numerous insurance companies on behalf of roofing contractors and homeowners for bad-faith denial of claims.
- Successfully defended towing company in multiple lawsuits for alleged violations of the Texas Towing and Booting Act.
- Trial counsel for individual sued for fraud related to execution of a guarantee. Obtained a favorable verdict from judge on fraud claim.
- Obtained favorable settlement for trust in multi-million-dollar dispute regarding breaches of fiduciary duty, breaches of contract, and attempted dissolution of several partnerships.
- Represented both landowners and land developers in multiple lawsuits involving the recovery of mineral rights.
- Represented heirs of an estate for lawsuit alleging the misuse of trust assets by the trustee.
