Mr. Pruett represents clients in all aspects of acquisitions, disposition, leasing, development and financing of real estate projects for owners, purchasers and investors. He represents purchasers and sellers in the sale of improved and unimproved real property, and landlords and tenants in retail, agriculture, industrial, residential and office lease negotiations. Mr. Pruett also has practice experience in the areas of oil and gas / energy law, banking and finance law and construction law.
Mr. Pruett enjoys finding creative solutions to meet his clients’ transactional goals. He also invests time in fostering relationships with clients and brokers in order to maintain a current understanding of the market and make negotiations more productive for his clients. In every situation, Mr. Pruett works hard to be responsive and to produce high quality work in a timely manner.
